Mountain to Desert Coaching and Training offers individual coaching, group programs, and adventure retreats grounded in the Seven Pillars of Performance. Anne works with athletes and adventurers through personalized, seasonal, and sport-specific experiences designed to build sustainable strength, resilience, and adaptability—both in training and in life.  See below for this season’s offerings.

M2D Winter Adventure Retreat

M2D Winter Adventure Highlights:

  • Daily ski tours through beautiful winter landscapes
  • Cozy, rustic cabin lodging for two nights
  • Informal workshop sessions around a warm stove

Starting January 19, 2026

M2D Winter Training Group

The M2D Winter Training Group begins January 19, 2026 and runs for eight weeks. Designed for nordic, backcountry, downhill, skimo and long-distance winter skiers.

Meet once weekly—virtually and/or in-person—for training strategy, ski technique sessions, goal setting, progress monitoring, and true team camaraderie. Weekly sessions focus on the M2D Seven Pillars—endurance, strength, mindset, nutrition, balance, recovery, and adaptability—to support you through the winter season and beyond.

All abilities are welcome!
