The M2D Winter Training Group begins January 19, 2026 and runs for eight weeks. Designed for nordic, backcountry, downhill, skimo and long-distance winter skiers.
Meet once weekly—virtually and/or in-person—for training strategy, ski technique sessions, goal setting, progress monitoring, and true team camaraderie. Weekly sessions focus on the M2D Seven Pillars—endurance, strength, mindset, nutrition, balance, recovery, and adaptability—to support you through the winter season and beyond.
